Your mission

Translate drawings into finished assemblies by selecting the appropriate welding process (MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Core), preparing materials with exacting measurements, and executing clean, consistent welds. Quality and safety are not just steps in the process—they’re how you operate.

How you’ll contribute

• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to plan each build.
• Measure, cut, and prep materials for accurate fit-up and alignment.
• Apply MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Core welding to fabricate, assemble, and repair parts.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy, weld integrity, and overall quality.
• Maintain a safe environment and a tidy, well-organized work area.

What you bring

• Previous welding experience preferred.
• Proficiency with blueprint reading and measuring tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong safety mindset.
• Welding certifications are a plus.
