  • Schedule: Full-Time
  • Shifts:
    • 1st: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
    • 2nd: 3:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. (10% shift differential)
  • Pay: $22.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience

What you’ll do

  • Disassemble, clean, and prepare industrial turbine components for repair.
  • Use ultrasonic cleaning, rinsing, and sandblasting per documented procedures.
  • Reassemble mechanical components to spec—verify fit, function, and quality.
  • Operate hand, power, and pneumatic tools; use overhead cranes safely.
  • Inspect using micrometers, dial calipers, height gages, and thread gages.
  • Interpret drawings, work instructions, and technical documentation.
  • Log inspection results and complete production paperwork accurately.
  • Escalate damaged or worn parts to supervisors or quality.
  • Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering to meet schedules.
  • Keep your area clean, organized, and safe; follow safety policies.

Bring these qualifications

  • 2–3 years in automotive repair, mechanical assembly, industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or similar preferred.
  • Solid mechanical aptitude; skilled in teardown, troubleshooting, inspection, and reassembly.
  • Experience with hand, power, and pneumatic tools; precision measurement proficiency.
  • Comfort measuring with micrometers, calipers, height gages, and thread gages.
  • Detail focus, basic math, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Good communicator; works well independently and on a team.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Physical requirements

  • Successfully pass a pre-employment physical, lift assessment, and drug screening.
  • Lift and handle materials safely; perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
  • Work safely around industrial equipment, overhead cranes, and manufacturing machinery.
