Precision Manufacturing Technician

Picture your workday starting at 11:00 pm in Clackamas, OR—just off I-205 and a quick drive from Sandy, Estacada, Clackamas, or Milwaukie. You walk onto a clean, organized production floor, greet your team, and prepare for hands-on work with modern equipment.

A night on the line

During your shift, you’ll set up and run fabrication machines, guide CNC lathes through programmed routines, and operate automated drill presses—keeping quality high and output steady. Never used this equipment before? We’ll teach you how to do the job and support you as you learn.

Schedule, pay, and benefits

  • Shift: Graveyard shift, Monday to Friday, 11:00 pm - 7:30 am (plus shift premium).
  • Starting pay: $22.37/hour for the first 90 days, then $23.02/hour.
  • Hours: 40-hour work week.

Our facility is conveniently located in Clackamas, OR off I-205—easy to reach from Sandy, Estacada, Clackamas, or Milwaukie.
