Key Roles You’ll Master:
- Drive machine performance to achieve optimal efficiency levels.
- Deliver accurate cycle time quotations from prints or CAD modeling.
- Inspire operators with coaching and hands-on training.
- Apply expertise to refine setups and programs to enhance cycle efficiencies.
- Handle work in progress updates and senior leadership communications with prowess.
- Establishing and monitoring robust performance metrics and standard procedures.
- Boost productivity, reduce scrap waste.
- Engage in innovative process equipment recommendations.
- Develop workflow and part completion processes intricately.
- Collaborate with Quality teams for ongoing inspection development.
- Enthusiastically advocate company safety initiatives.
Your Toolkit:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Seasoned in machine shop settings.
- 5 to 10 years of CNC expertise.
- Proficiency with lathes, mills, and CNC programming.
- Adept in CAD/CAM and shop-floor editing.
- Comprehensive knowledge of advanced machining and technology.
- Capacity forecasting and strategic planning skills.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Proven leadership qualities.
- Strong problem-solving orientation.
- Experience in TPM, Setup Reduction, Kaizen.
- Quality control, SPC knowledge for meticulous inspection practices.
- ERP/MRP II systems familiarity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and manufacturing tech tools.
- Bilingualism considered a plus.

- Maintain spotless, organized workspaces through 5S application.
- Foster respectful, clear communication, honoring confidentiality always.
