Job Responsibilities
- Operation of various machining equipment, including lathes, mills, and grinders.
- Learn to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to produce high-quality parts.
- Support experienced machinists in troubleshooting and resolving machining issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance machining skills and knowledge.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machining equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of machining processes and tools is preferred but not required.
