    Description

Picture your first hour on the production floor: you walk the line, observe a new part coming off a CNC lathe, and spot an opportunity to reduce cycle time without sacrificing capability. You sync with product engineering, adjust the process routing, update the work instructions, and coach an operator on SPC trends. By lunch, you’ve aligned the APQP launch team using the Project Launch Guide and the Autocam Production System (APS). By day’s end, you’ve validated tooling changes, captured cost impacts, and ensured the update flows through our QMS and EMS.
