What You’ll Do
- Assist with setup and operation of machining equipment, including lathes, mills, and grinders.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to confirm project specifications.
- Support experienced machinists as you help fabricate and assemble precision components.
- Keep a clean, organized work area and follow safety protocols at all times.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to expand your machining knowledge.
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and machines to keep everything running smoothly.
- Collaborate with teammates to meet production goals and deadlines.
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; any technical school machining coursework is a plus.
- Genuine interest in machining and manufacturing processes.
- Basic familiarity with hand tools and measuring instruments.
