Through the day, you move from fit-up to final pass, inspecting every joint, keeping equipment tuned, and collaborating with teammates to hit deadlines without compromising safety or quality.

    What you'll tackle
    • Execute welding on a range of metals using MIG, TIG, and stick processes.
    • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to complete projects accurately.
    • Inspect welds to confirm quality and specification compliance.
    • Maintain and troubleshoot welding tools and equipment to ensure peak performance.
    • Work closely with the team to plan, prioritize, and deliver on time.
    • Adhere to all safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
    • Participate in ongoing training to expand process knowledge and technique.
