Express Employment Professionals is partnering with an industry-leading client to add a meticulous Precision Electro-Mechanical Assembler to their team near Edina. In this role, you’ll build customized products in a safety-first production environment while keeping quality at the center of everything you do.

A Day in the Role

From clock-in to clock-out, your focus is on building it right the first time:

• Complete custom and general assembly tasks with accuracy
• Test components to strict specifications and quality standards
• Operate a range of power and hand tools confidently and safely
• Jump in to assist teammates across production when needed
• Document processes and procedures clearly and consistently

What You Bring

• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Fundamental reading, writing, and math skills
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
• Receptive to feedback and comfortable asking clarifying questions
• Previous electro-mechanical assembly experience

Schedule Options

• 1st shift Monday - Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
• 1st shift Monday - Thursday 5:00 am - 3:30 pm
• 2nd shift Monday - Thursday 4:00 pm - 2:30 am

Proficiencies

• Mechanical assembly skills
• High School / GED
• Basic computer skills
