Precision Drilling Technician

We are seeking numerous Precision Drilling Technicians for a 6+ month contract (with possibility of extension) in Merritt Island, FL. (Plenty of overtime available, paid at 1.5x) A Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 PM B Shift: Monday - Thursday 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM C Shift - Friday - Sunday 5:00 am to 5:30 pm D Shift - Friday - Sunday 5:00 pm to 5:30 pm Targeting $44-$46/hour W2

Responsibilities

• Expertly perform installations of avionic components and systems, ensuring operational reliability and adherence to design specifications.
• Take initiative in the transition from development to production, supervising qualification timelines and first article assemblies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-10 years in a manufacturing role in aerospace or a similar industry.
• Precision drilling (close tolerance holes, decimal equivalent drill bits, fasteners, Powerfeed or Quackenbush drills)
• Experience operating scissor lifts, boom lifts, or ladders.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, specifications, and work instructions
• Prefer proficiency with continuous improvement methodologies such as LEAN, 5S, and Six Sigma.

Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), and have a valid driver's license
