Precision CNC Setup and Production Machining Technician

Location: Hanover Park, IL

A Day on 2nd Shift (4:00 PM – 2:00 AM)

• Begin your shift by reviewing job travelers and blueprints, confirming tooling and materials.
• Set up and/or operate CNC machining equipment to run parts to spec.
• Use inspection tools to verify features and dimensions; document results.
• Monitor production for quality, repeatability, and throughput.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and escalate when needed to keep work moving.

What You’ll Bring

• Blueprint reading and measurement experience (preferred).
• Background with CMM programming, calibration, or CNC machining is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $23.00 – $35.00 per hour
• Shift Differential: +10% for 2nd shift
• Hours: 2nd Shift, 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
