    Precision CNC Programmer-Operator, Lathes & VMCs

That’s the impact you’ll make on aerospace components and other high-precision parts.

    Your impact

    • Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills to deliver parts exactly to print and specification.
    • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues so machines stay production-ready.
    • Track process performance; refine tooling, offsets, and parameters to sustain quality and throughput.
    • Interpret blueprints and technical docs to define sequences and workholding.
    • Verify results with calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Collaborate across the team to boost efficiency and reduce scrap and rework.
    • Sustain a clean, organized, and safe cell aligned with company and safety standards.

    About you

    • High school diploma or equivalent; machining certificate or related technical training preferred.
    • Demonstrated CNC machinist experience on lathes and/or mills.
    • Experience with Mazak controls is a plus but not required.
    • Thorough understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
    • Comfortable reading and applying technical drawings/blueprints.
    • Proficient with precision measurement tools: calipers, micrometers, gauges.
    • Meticulous, quality-first approach with strong problem-solving skills.
    • Works well independently and within a collaborative team.
