Your impact
- Operate and maintain Mazak CNC 5-axis mills to manufacture high-quality parts and assemblies.
- Program and set up equipment from blueprints, specifications, and written instructions; leverage Mazatrol/G-code (Mastercam knowledge welcomed).
- Hold tight tolerances while machining a variety of materials.
- Perform meticulous measurement and documentation for traceability and quality.
- Elevate team outcomes through productivity, cooperation, accurate data collection, and a positive attitude.
Core capabilities
- 5–7 years of experience with Mazak 5-axis milling centers.
- Proven CNC programming and setup per print/written requirements.
- Fluent in Mazatrol and G-code; understanding of Mastercam is a plus.
- Advanced blueprint/spec reading and tolerance control.
- Skilled with precision metrology (micrometers, bore gauges, etc.).
- Detail-first documentation and continuous-improvement mindset.
