    Precision CNC Milling Specialist (VMC)

    Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670

    What you’ll do

    • Set up and operate CNC milling machines to meet part specifications and production targets.
    • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to plan your approach.
    • Monitor machining operations continuously to uphold precision and product quality.
    • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues on CNC equipment to minimize downtime.
    • Inspect finished components against specs using precision measuring tools.
    • Partner with team members to refine machining processes and drive efficiency gains.
    • Maintain an orderly, safe workspace and follow all safety procedures.

    What you bring

    • High school diploma or equivalent; a machining-related technical degree/certification is preferred.
    • Verified experience as a CNC Mill Machinist or in a closely related role.
    • Fluency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
    • Solid understanding of CNC programming and machine operation.
    • Hands-on familiarity with precision instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong, consistent commitment to quality.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong problem-solving ability and mechanical aptitude.
