    Day in the Life — Precision CNC Milling Specialist (Anaheim, CA)

    Step into our Anaheim shop and take ownership of complex milling work from setup to finished part. You’ll stage tooling, read prints with confidence, and bring programs to life on modern VMCs—delivering components that hit spec the first time. Your craft is respected here, and your ideas for smarter, safer, faster work matter.

    How You’ll Spend Your Day

    • Translate engineering drawings and specifications into efficient CNC mill setups on 3–4 axis and 5+ axis VMCs.
    • Dial in work offsets, tool lengths, and fixturing; load and verify G-code/M-code programs.
    • Run first-article and production cycles while monitoring spindle load, tool wear, and surface finish.
    • Troubleshoot issues on the fly and perform routine preventive maintenance to keep machines at peak performance.
    • Inspect parts using precision gauges to validate features against GD&T callouts and quality criteria.
    • Document production details and maintain accurate, timely records of setups, runs, and adjustments.
    • Collaborate with teammates to refine processes, reduce cycle times, and elevate quality.
    • Uphold a clean, organized, and safe workspace aligned with company standards.

    What You Bring

    • High school diploma or equivalent; machining trade school or certifications are a plus.
    • Hands-on experience operating and setting up CNC mills.
    • Working knowledge of CNC programming and machining fundamentals.
    • Fluent in reading blueprints and interpreting technical drawings and specs.
    • Skilled with precision measuring tools for tight-tolerance verification.
    • Detail-oriented problem solver with strong communication and team mindset.
    • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced production setting.
