We’re growing in Ellwood City, PA and hiring a full-time CNC professional for 1st & Afternoon Shifts.

    A Day in the Role

    You arrive to a clean, organized cell. The work order and blueprint are waiting. You review GD&T callouts, plan the sequence, load the right tools, set your offsets, and bring CNC mills and/or lathes online. Throughout the run, you verify dimensions, log results, and keep the machine humming. If something’s off, you troubleshoot, make adjustments, or coordinate repairs. As your shift winds down, you document irregularities and pass a clear handoff to the next team.

    What You’ll Do

    • Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes to produce precision parts.
    • Study work orders; read blueprints and GD&T to plan machining operations.
    • Optionally program or edit at the control (offsets, zero/reference points, tool registers); prove out programs as needed.
    • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work area.
    • Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repairs per manufacturer guidance.
    • Keep accurate production and quality logs; document and communicate shift handoffs.

    What You Bring

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude with machine debugging and problem-solving ability.
    • Solid understanding of tooling, tolerances, and program intent.
    • Math skills, precision measuring, and blueprint reading are a plus.
    • Set-up and programming experience is a plus.
    • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
    • Resourceful, self-starting approach is a plus.

    • Ellwood City, PA
    • Full-time, openings on 1st & Afternoon Shifts
    • Must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting (Required)
