You program the job, set the workholding, dial in the tools, and run turning, milling, drilling, and threading ops that hit spec the first time. You verify dimensions with micrometers, dial calipers, and indicators—holding the tight tolerances that make these parts perform.

Must-Haves

• Proven experience programming and operating CNC machines.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and confidently navigate G-code/M-code.
• Solid understanding of machining practices across turning, milling, drilling, and threading.
• Track record of producing saleable parts by following drawings and instructions.
• Consistent control of tight tolerances and finishes to drawing/industry standards.
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools and their calibration.
• Problem-solver with a professional, respectful approach.

• Equipment troubleshooting and CNC machine repair
• CNC tooling selection and optimization
• CNC programming
• Tape measure reading and practical shop math
• CNC setup & changeover and production run setups
• Manual machining skills

• CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC): Fanuc, Mazak, Haas, Okuma
• CNC Lathe (5+ axis): Mazak, Okuma, Doosan

Shifts, Pay & Benefits

• Shifts: 1st and 2nd shift opportunities
• Pay: Up to $35/hr
