    Precision CNC Machining Technician II – Aerospace Components

    Your mission

    Transform raw stock into flight‑critical components by executing world‑class CNC setups and production runs while upholding rigorous aerospace quality standards.

    Impact you’ll have

    • Own setups and production on CNC mills and/or lathes—choose tools and fixtures, verify methods, and keep parts flowing to plan.
    • Read, interpret, and refine CNC programs; manage offsets, address minor program issues, and apply tool wear compensation.
    • Perform first‑article and in‑process inspections with precision instruments and automated CMMs; interpret complex blueprints for castings, forgings, and detailed engineering drawings.
    • Hit daily production targets while maintaining all print and quality requirements.
    • Run secondary equipment (drill press, stamping press, deburr) to complete operations.
    • Document everything accurately—routers, data entries, scorecards, hazard recognitions, and Red Tags.
    • Continuously improve processes and mentor teammates to elevate safety, quality, and throughput.

    Location & schedule

    This role is onsite at the Pall Aerospace Machine Shop in New Port Richey, FL. Standard hours are 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, and overtime is frequent.

    What you’ll bring

    • High school diploma, GED, or trade apprenticeship plus 4+ years of CNC setup experience.
    • Proficiency in blueprint reading (or commitment to complete onsite training).
    • Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

    Bonus qualifications

    • 3‑axis (or greater) machining experience.
    • Background in aerospace CNC manufacturing.
    • Knowledge of AQLs, inspection methods, and quality systems.

    Physical demands

    • Frequent bending and standing for long periods.
    • Frequent lifts up to 20 lbs. from floor to bench; occasional lifts up to 35 lbs.
    • Strong hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity.
