The mission
Keep precision moving. At Atlas Seals, you will run CNC machines with proven programs, verify that every part meets spec using calipers and micrometers, and raise a flag the moment something isn’t right. As you master the line, we’ll train you to perform setups so you can directly influence throughput and quality.

You learn our workflows, operate CNC equipment confidently, and partner with teammates to check parts regularly. You get comfortable reporting any machining or quality issues and wrap each shift by leaving a safe, spotless workspace for the next operator.
Core responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines using established programs.
- Monitor production; measure and inspect parts to specification with calipers and micrometers.
- Identify and communicate machining or quality issues as they arise.
- Train to perform machine setups—no prior setup experience required.
- Uphold safety practices and maintain a clean, organized area.
Qualifications
- Hands-on CNC machine operating experience.
- Proficiency with calipers and micrometers.
- Detail-focused with a commitment to accurate, high-quality work.
- Interest in learning setup procedures.
- Programming or editing knowledge is beneficial but not required.
Shifts
- Day: 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. (currently starting 5:00 a.m. with overtime)
- Swing: 2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m. (currently finishing around midnight with overtime)
