At our St. Louis, MO facility, you’ll work with advanced manual and CNC machine tools to craft high-quality components.     What you’ll do

    • Set up and run a variety of equipment—manual lathes, manual mills, and CNC machines—to produce parts to specification.
    • Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job specifications to plan machining operations and select tooling.
    • Dial in offsets, adjust feeds and speeds, and monitor operations to maintain accuracy, surface finish, and throughput.
    • Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as they arise to minimize downtime.
    • Keep your work area orderly and safe, following established protocols and best practices at all times.
    • Partner with peers to refine setups, improve processes, and boost productivity.
    • Record production information and maintain clear, accurate documentation of work performed.

    What you’ll bring

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or a machining certificate is a plus.
    • Demonstrated experience as a machinist with a strong grasp of machining fundamentals.
    • Fluency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
    • Familiarity with CNC programming and operation is highly desirable.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to top-tier quality.
    • Strong troubleshooting ability and comfort working both independently and as part of a team.
    • Solid knowledge of safety practices and regulations in a manufacturing setting.
