What you'll handle
- Operate production line machinery to meet schedule and quality targets.
- Perform final finishing on products to exact specifications.
- Complete repetitive assembly of critical parts where accuracy, speed, and efficiency are essential to success.
- Monitor the production process and address minor issues to keep work flowing.
- Conduct basic quality inspections and functional tests.
- Prepare and package finished goods for shipment.
- Keep your workstation, tools, and equipment organized and maintained.
What you bring
- 2+ years of hands-on production and/or assembly experience.
- Comfort operating industrial equipment (experience a plus).
- High school diploma.
- Clear, respectful communication and a positive attitude.
- Excellent attendance and reliability.
- Eagerness to learn and improve.
