Location: Buffalo Grove, IL
Your mission
- Assemble to standard using visual work aids, written instructions, and verbal direction.
- Operate a range of equipment: hand, pneumatic, and power tools; material handling devices; and computer-controlled machinery.
- Sustain material flow by staging, moving, and tracking components.
- Shift between cells, stations, and departments to match production demands.
- Record production and quality data accurately and on time.
- Call out process, equipment, or quality issues and partner with the right teams to resolve them.
- Execute setups, in-process adjustments, and changeovers following documented procedures.
- Champion a safe, orderly, and team-oriented environment while meeting throughput and quality goals.
What you bring
- Physical readiness for manufacturing: standing or sitting, bending, pushing, pulling, and similar motion throughout the shift.
- Ability to interpret English documentation for assembly, testing, safety, and equipment.
- Experience assembling and adjusting products to defined work instructions, specs, and quality criteria.
- Capability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
- Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
Preferred Qualification: High School Diploma or GED
