Responsibilities:- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment for children.
- Assess and document children’s progress and communicate with parents regularly.
- Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and structured activities.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and classroom activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets health and safety standards.
- Support children’s individual needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to create a community of learning.
Requirements:- Experience in Early Childhood Education or K-5th grade or related field preferred.
- Valid teaching certification or license in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Experience working with children aged 2-5 year s in a classroom setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and parents.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for early childhood education.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred. Willing to receive First Aid and CPR certification
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training.
