GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Club Car Pre-Owned Triage Service Technician, each day will bring new opportunities, but you will always be involved in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing golf cars and utility vehicles in different environments and under varying conditions. These mechanical and electrical repairs will be conducted on cars that company assets. You will be responsible for coordinating all activities with the local manager.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Work with Team Leader and others as required to schedule and coordinate work activities
Test and evaluate pre-owned inventory upon return
Responsible for taking charging readings of the cars and diagnosing/addressing issues with the electrical system
Maintain detailed records on each unit's condition
Ensure assets are staged in proper triage areas
Maintain and ensure proper charging rotation of critical assets is completed
File and follow up on warranty orders
Handle all paperwork or electronic documents related to the job including but not limited to work orders, parts orders and quotes for repair
Operate and maintain Company provided vehicle in a safe manner at all times
Follow and obey all local, state or federal rules and regulations
Inspect, test and repair all Club Car vehicles according to original manufacturer's instructions
Perform routine maintenance as needed on vehicles
Read electrical wiring diagrams and troubleshooting flowcharts
Support all pre-owned sales initiatives
Always maintain Company and personal tools in good operating condition
Interact daily with sales team leadership and effectively communicate service and repair needs
Read, understand and follow complex service and warranty processes and changes
This role will be primarily located at the Appling CCDC, but you may be expected to travel and cover remote storage locations from time to time
