Scion Legal Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Pre-Litigation Attorney on behalf of a well-established and growing plaintiff-side personal injury law firm in Las Vegas, Nevada. This onsite opportunity is ideal for an attorney who enjoys building client relationships, negotiating favorable settlements, and managing cases from intake through resolution in a collaborative environment.

Position Overview

The Pre-Litigation Attorney will oversee plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through settlement, serving as the primary advocate for clients during the pre-litigation process. This role offers the opportunity to manage a high-value caseload, negotiate favorable settlements, and collaborate with an experienced legal team dedicated to achieving exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through settlement.
  • Conduct thorough case investigations to evaluate liability and damages.
  • Draft, review, and finalize demand packages and other legal documents.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing regular communication and guidance throughout the legal process.
  • Collaborate closely with legal assistants, case managers, and litigation attorneys to ensure seamless case progression.
  • Develop case strategies designed to maximize recovery and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience while maintaining the highest standards of legal advocacy.

Qualifications

  • Active license to practice law and in good standing in Nevada.
  • Prior plaintiff personal injury experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of applicable state personal injury laws and pre-litigation procedures.
  • Demonstrated success negotiating settlements and resolving personal injury claims.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to independently manage a high-volume, high-value caseload.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
