Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney

A respected boutique personal injury law firm in Atlanta is seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Attorney. This position is ideal for an attorney who provides excellent client service, works well in a fast-paced environment, and values teamwork.
The attorney will manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement. The firm offers a supportive office environment, competitive compensation, a strong bonus structure, and full health insurance benefits.
Responsibilities:
• Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution
• Develop case strategies and manage all pre-litigation activities
• Communicate with clients and provide regular case updates
• Review medical records, bills, accident reports, and supporting evidence
• Coordinate medical treatment and monitor client progress
• Prepare and review demand packages
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing parties
• Track deadlines and maintain organized case files
• Work closely with paralegals, legal assistants, and other attorneys
Qualifications:
• Active license to practice law in Georgia and good standing with the State Bar of Georgia
• At least five years of personal injury experience
• Strong pre-litigation case management and settlement experience
• Experience managing cases from intake through resolution
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Strong negotiation, organization, and time-management skills
• Professional, respectful, and dependable
• Strong team player who works well with attorneys and support staff
• Able to manage a busy caseload in a fast-paced environment
