PRE-LITIGATION ATTORNEY: Personal Injury | Brentwood, Los Angeles

THE ROLE
Great pre-lit attorneys win cases before they're filed. You'll build each case from the ground up. You'll find every responsible party and every source of coverage, collect the evidence that proves liability, and then turn it into a demand that gets paid. You'll own your docket with a strong team behind you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Investigate liability from day one: police reports, video, photos, witnesses, vehicle and scene evidence
- Identify additional at-fault parties and additional insureds, such as employers, owners, contractors and other policies
- Work with our investigators and support team to gather and preserve evidence
- Review medical records and bills to build the damages story
- Draft and send demand packages, then negotiate with adjusters and carriers
- Recommend settlement or filing, and hand off to litigation with a file that is ready to go

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Active California State Bar license, in good standing
- 3 to 6 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience
- Curiosity and persistence in finding facts and coverage that others miss
- Strong writing and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage a busy docket
- Experience with a case management platform (we use Filevine)
- Nice to have: Spanish/English bilingual, litigation experience

11661 San Vicente Blvd, Brentwood. Our ocean-view office sits directly above Baltaire and Orangetheory, in one of the most walkable neighborhoods on the Westside. This is an in-office position.
