    Houston based, national award-winning plaintiff litigation firm with a proven record of success representing tens of thousands of clients in personal injury litigation, civil litigation, and mass torts is looking to add a Pre-lit Attorney to help with their personal injury pre-litigation docket and workers compensation docket. This is an entry level position perfect for a recently licensed attorney.

    The position will include all aspects of personal injury claims and some workers compensation claims. If you are starting your legal career, are a fast learner who is interested in these areas of practice and would like the opportunity to learn from a great group of mentors and a supportive team then this job is for you. This position is full-time and onsite at the firm’s Houston, TX office location.

    Qualifications

    • Must be a Texas licensed attorney in good standing
    • Should have 0-3 years of experience as an attorney; Workers Compensation Experience preferred but not required)
    • Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish (Strongly preferred but not required)
    • Must be fast learner
    • Must have good writing skills
    • Must have case management skills including a strong aptitude for managing and prioritizing
    • Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Must have superior organizational skills with great follow through
    • Must have solid analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
    • Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize appropriately
    • Must be able to thrive under pressure and be self-motivated
    • Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team
