About the Role:DAWS Mental Health Counseling is looking for a passionate and driven Pre-Licensed Clinician to join our growing team in Selbyville, DE. Responsibilities:- Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy services under clinical supervision
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with agency standards
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate client care
- Participate in regular clinical supervision toward licensure requirements
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to support client progress
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, ethical guidelines, and state licensing board requirements
Requirements:- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Eligible for or currently holding a pre-licensure credential in the state of Delaware (e.g., ASSOCIATE or LAMHC equivalent)
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Ability to work independently while thriving under clinical supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Compassionate, client-centered approach to mental health care
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred
