    Mission Critical Talent Partners (MCTPS) is a leading talent acquisition firm, proudly serving clients in the prefab construction industry. We are currently partnering with a dynamic client specializing in solar prefab concrete manufacturing, including Skid Mounted Solutions, BESS Solutions, Solar Ballasts, EV Charging Platforms, Carport Foundations, Electric Manholes/Vaults, Utility Pads, and Substation Foundations.

    Position 1: Prefab Project Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and oversee solar prefab concrete projects, focusing on Skid Mounted Solutions and related solutions.
    • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
    • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
    • Maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
    • Provide regular project updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Project Manager in prefab construction, with a focus on solar projects.
    • Familiarity with Skid Mounted Solutions, BESS, Solar Ballasts, and related technologies.
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Ability to travel as required.

    Position 2: Prefab Project Engineer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with Project Managers and engineering teams to support solar prefab concrete projects.
    • Assist in the design, planning, and coordination of engineering activities.
    • Contribute to the development of technical specifications and drawings.
    • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, codes, and regulations.
    • Provide technical support during the construction phase, addressing engineering challenges.
    • Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
    • Previous experience in prefab construction engineering, specifically solar projects.
    • Proficiency in CAD software and engineering tools.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

    Excellent Pay & Benefits

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
