    About Outpatient Clinics 

    Corewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan, bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve. There are over 40 different types of primary care and specialty practices, which allow those who work in these clinics the opportunity to learn and explore various interests or to specialize in one area. 

    This Practice Supervisor will oversee a Primary Care and OB/GYN practice located in St. Clair Shores. In this role, they will provide direct leadership, coaching, and support to approximately 11 administrative and clinical team members while partnering closely with five physicians to ensure operational excellence and high-quality patient experience.

    Scope of work

    Directs the activities of team members within assigned area and ensures the delivery of optimal patient flow and patient satisfaction. Trains team members and serve as a liaison between providers, team members and practice manager in daily operations. Supports charge capture processing, standard work, process improvement and practice staffing. Manages team members performance and development and ensures policy adherence.

    Qualifications

    • Associate's degree or equivalent in business, management or other related area Required.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, management or other related area Preferred.
    • 2 years of recent relevant supervisory experience in health
      care/medical practice or related work Required.
    • 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare leadership, or relevant leadership
      experience informal or formal Preferred
