Who you are:

  • An experienced leader with a background in medical aesthetics, regenerative medicine, plastic surgery, concierge medicine, luxury wellness, or longevity clinics.
  •  A proven sales manager who is comfortable following up with leads, engaging prospective patients, overcoming objections, and converting inquiries into consultations and treatments.
  •  Experienced managing sales pipelines, tracking conversion rates, and holding team members accountable for timely and consistent follow-up.
  •  Comfortable working with VIP clients and providing discreet, white-glove service.
  •  Experienced leading multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, aestheticians, medical assistants, patient coordinators, and front-office staff.
  •  Highly organized and capable of managing administrative responsibilities, staffing, scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
  •  A proactive problem solver with exceptional communication, sales, and leadership skills.
  •  Passionate about aesthetics, regenerative medicine, wellness, and delivering exceptional patient experiences.
  •  Knowledgeable about HIPAA, OSHA requirements, and healthcare compliance.

Sales and Patient Conversion

  •  Take ownership of the practice’s sales process, from initial inquiry through consultation, treatment, and ongoing patient retention.
  •  Ensure all new leads receive prompt, personalized, and consistent follow-up by phone, text, email, and CRM.
  •  Actively engage prospective patients, answer questions, address objections, and convert qualified leads into scheduled consultations and treatments.
  •  Manage the sales pipeline and ensure no viable lead is overlooked or allowed to go cold.
  •  Establish and monitor sales goals, lead-response times, consultation bookings, conversion rates, treatment revenue, and patient retention.
  •  Train, coach, and hold team members accountable for sales performance and follow-up standards.
  •  Identify opportunities for treatment packages, memberships, cross-selling, and long-term patient relationships.
  •  Review lead sources and sales data to improve marketing effectiveness and practice growth.
Practice Operations and Administration

  •  Oversee daily operations and ensure a seamless, high-touch patient experience.
  •  Recruit, hire, onboard, train, schedule, and manage clinical and administrative staff.
  •  Manage employee performance, workplace standards, and day-to-day staffing needs.
  •  Oversee inventory, order medical and office supplies, and maintain appropriate stock levels.
  •  Manage vendor relationships, purchasing, service agreements, and operational expenses.
  •  Coordinate provider schedules, patient flow, treatment-room readiness, and front-office operations.
  •  Maintain accurate administrative systems, policies, records, and compliance procedures.
  •  Ensure the practice operates efficiently and consistently reflects the standards of a luxury medical brand.
