Practice Relations/Marketing Ambassador & Scheduling Coordinator - Oral Surgery/DentalAdvanced Surgical Associates - 50 Beharrell Street, Suite C, Concord, MA 01742Full-Time Monday - Friday - In-Office with Local Travel RequiredASA is seeking a Practice Relations Ambassador & Scheduling Coordinator to support the continued growth of our newest practice location in Concord. We are committed to providing exceptional oral surgery care, putting patients first, and delivering outstanding service to our referring partners. This hybrid role focuses primarily on referral development, practice marketing, and relationship management while also supporting scheduling and front-office operations.WHAT YOU'LL DOPractice Relations, Marketing & Outreach (60-75%)Build and maintain relationships with general dentists, specialists, and referral partners throughout the Concord and surrounding areasConduct regular office visits, drop-ins, and networking activities to strengthen existing referral relationships and develop new referral partnershipsPlan, schedule, and coordinate Lunch & Learns, CE courses, open houses, and community and referral eventsCapture photos, videos, and content to support social media and local marketing effortsTrack referral trends, market activity, and outreach efforts to identify growth opportunities and provide insights to surgeons and leadershipScheduling & Patient Coordination (25-40%)Provide concierge-level customer service to patients, referring offices, and team membersAnswer phones, schedule appointments, and coordinate patient care with professionalism and warmthPrepare daily schedules and charts to maintain smooth patient flow throughout the officeAssist with patient financial responsibilities and other administrative duties as neededEnsure patient confidentiality and HIPAA complianceWHAT YOU BRINGBachelor's degree or relevant experience preferredCustomer service, marketing, business development, event planning, dental, or healthcare experience preferredStrong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skillsSelf-starter with a positive attitude and ability to work independentlyProfessional, outgoing, and confident in building relationshipsAttention to detail while managing time and multiple prioritiesProficiency with social media platforms and content creation preferredValid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travelWHAT WE OFFERCompetitive Pay, Bonus Potential, and Annual Merit ReviewsHealth, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance with HSA OptionPaid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Sick Time, and Paid Parental Leave401(k) with Company MatchShort- and Long-Term DisabilityFIGS Uniforms/Scrubs ProvidedBLS/CPR CertificationEmployee Assistance ProgramWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
