    The Role

    We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Practice Manager to oversee daily business operations across four of our key practice locations. As a front-line leader and business manager, you will utilize management tools and key metrics to track trends, optimize clinic efficiency, and drive operational success.

    You will lead a dedicated team across our West Memphis, Blytheville, Helena, and Forrest City locations, serving as the champion for our company vision, values, and quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operational Leadership: Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate daily business operations across four clinic locations to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.

    • Performance Tracking: Monitor daily operational metrics and generate weekly reports to identify positive trends, troubleshoot challenges, and maintain accountability.

    • Team Management: Serve as a supportive, hands-on leader who mentors staff, resolves conflicts, and fosters a collaborative, high-energy work culture.

    • Patient Experience & Brand Representation: Ensure every clinic maintains a welcoming, dynamic environment while upholding the highest standards of quality patient care and professional integrity.

    • Resource Optimization: Oversee clinic workflow and resource allocation so dental providers can focus seamlessly on patient outcomes.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Experience: 1+ years of proven operational leadership or management experience in a clinical/dental setting (or equivalent multi-unit operations experience).

    • Licensure/Certifications: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) / Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) license preferred; CPR certification preferred.

    • Track Record: A proven history of leadership excellence, strong team management, and effective conflict resolution.
