Practice Manager

Scope of Responsibility

The Practice Manager is responsible for providing  leadership over daily clinic operations, staff performance, patient flow, financial stewardship, compliance, quality initiatives, and growth strategies. The Practice Manager will also serve as the primary operational leader for assigned clinics, ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, and alignment with GRMG’s mission, vision, and Code of Excellence.

Reports to the GRMG Practice Administrator and collaborates closely with physicians, clinical leadership, and administrative departments.

• • Bachelor’s Degree required within 1 year of employment

  Training and Experience
• • Minimum of 2–5 years of management experience in a physician office or healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical operations, insurance, coding, and claims processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
  • Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage diverse teams and multiple priorities.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current insurance required.
  • Cardiology experience preferred
