    Description

    The Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of outpatient and community services (OCS) offices to ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and client-centered care. This leadership role requires managing administrative functions, supervising non-clinical staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting clinical staff to foster a positive and collaborative environment. The Practice Manager will work closely with leadership to implement strategic goals and drive organizational success in serving the community.

    DUTIES:

    • Has management responsibility for all site-based administrative and clinical support staff.
    • Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, including scheduling, intake, billing, and facility management.
    • Recruit, onboard, and manage non-clinical staff, including administrative and support personnel.
    • Ensure the clinic operates in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including HIPAA and behavioral health standards.
    • Establish and maintain efficient procedures for accurate billing submission and authorization tracking.
    • Collaborate with billing and finance teams to ensure accurate coding, billing, and reimbursement processes.
    • Foster relationships with community organizations and partners to enhance client referrals and program visibility.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Associate's degree or equivalent education or experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Must be proficient with MS office suite and have 3-5 years experience in office management. Experience supervising other staff preferred.
