Review Zotec reports and monitor key metrics and follow identified issues through to resolution.

Partner with ECAA Finance and leadership to evaluate site profitability, including revenue, staffing costs, coverage, and productivity, and the financial impact of operational and staffing decisions.

    Reporting & Meetings

Assist with agendas, reports, and presentations for partner, corporate, and facility meetings.

Track action items and maintain organized records of decisions and site improvement plans.

Support ECAA Recruiting by communicating site hiring priorities and hosting candidate site visits, tours, and interviews.

Coordinate new-provider onboarding with Credentialing, HR, and Payroll, including orientation, system access, parking and badging, and site-specific workflows.

Serve as the onsite liaison to ECAA Credentialing, HR, and Payroll: monitor credentialing and privileging requirements, and help resolve payroll, timekeeping, and personnel questions confidentially and promptly.

Supervise assigned staff: set expectations and priorities, provide coaching and feedback, and conduct performance evaluations per ECAA policy.
