    Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Practice Manager to lead our outpatient pulmonary and sleep practice in Prescott, Arizona. Our practice, with two providers and four full-time employees, is committed to patient-centered care. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations, exceptional patient experiences, and the success of our virtual care programs, including pulmonary rehabilitation.


    Responsibilities

    • Provider Satisfaction: Foster a supportive environment for two providers through regular communication and addressing their needs.

    • HR Oversight: Manage overtime, recruitment, discipline, and ensure a positive workplace culture.

    • Training and SOPs: Develop and implement training programs and standard operating procedures to enhance staff performance.

    • Billing Support: Respond to billing team requests to maintain accurate financial operations.

    • Staff Versatility: Ensure the ability to fill in as front and/or clinical staff as needed.

    • Patient Satisfaction: Prioritize patient care by maintaining 0-inbox status to prevent delays, backstop all phone calls, and ensure no hindrances to virtual care participation.

    • Scheduling: Accountable for schedule fullness to guarantee access to pulmonary care, a critical need in the Prescott area.

    • Ordering: Oversee ordering processes to never run out of supplies.

    • Marketing/Liaison Work: Engage in marketing and liaison activities to promote the practice.


    Key Performance Metrics

    • Recruiting, training, and retaining staff.

    • Maintaining effective staffing ratios with low turnover, proper training, and high staff satisfaction.

    • Ensuring full schedules for providers, meeting PFT and HSS targets.

    • Zero inbox daily, managing phones, faxes, clinical inbox, and Jellybeans.

    • No backlogs or hindrances in patient participation in virtual care programs.
