    POSITION SUMMARY:
    Provide operational and financial support to practice leadership by monitoring productivity, budgets, key performance metrics, and overall practice operations.
    Coordinate physician onboarding, licensing, credentialing, payroll, quality management programs, and ongoing compliance initiatives.
    Manage accounts payable, expense approvals, supply ordering, financial reporting, and tracking tools to support operational efficiency and budget adherence.
    Partner with physicians and leadership on billing compliance, scheduling, special projects, quality initiatives, and practice improvement efforts.
    Support teammate performance, communication, and collaboration while assisting leadership with day-to-day operational management and strategic priorities.

    DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
    Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred with 5+ years of healthcare administration, management, radiology, or private practice experience.
    2+ years of financial analysis, accounting, or related experience with advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and Tableau or similar analytics tools.
    Experience partnering with physicians and healthcare leadership to support operational, financial, quality, and strategic initiatives.
    Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated customer-focused approach.
    Self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and within a collaborative team environment.

    COMPENSATION:
    The salary range for this position is $XX,XXX-$XX,XXX. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
