Practice Manager needed for busy South OKC Family Practice clinic 

 

• Responsible for daily clinical operations and ensuring smooth clinic flow.
• Responsible for supervising and monitoring all staff. 
• Responsible for driving clinic productivity and expense management.
• Must be organized, provide excellent customer service skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to adapt to change and maintain a professional demeanor. 
• Works to incorporate quality and process improvement suggestions while seeking to continually improve patient care, patient satisfaction and benchmarks. 

Requirements

• Practice management experience required, Primary/family care preferred.
• Experience with front desk, scheduling, medical assisting and clinical operations highly recommended.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EPIC) preferred.
