Summary
The Practice Manager 2 directs and supervises the day-to-day functions of the assigned group practice in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. The Practice Manager is responsible for carrying out all established policies. Serves as a liaison between the practice and assigned group practice. The incumbent may assist and act in a confidential capacity to help manage, formulate, determine and effectuate management process and polices. The incumbent may attend management meetings and may be involved directly or indirectly in the decision-making process around confidential management decisions. Position requires exercise of independent judgment.

Experience
Generally, requires 3 to 5 years of related experience.
Education
Bachelor''s degree in related field is preferred.
Skill
Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work accurately while meeting multiple deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form. Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with critical thinking and professional composure. Ability to understand and follow instructions. Ability to exercise sound and independent judgment. Knowledge and skill in use of job appropriate technology and software applications.

Physical Requirements - Job function requires frequent sitting, standing or walking for extended period of time. Must be able to carry objects weighing up to 20 pounds. Jobs in this group require frequent visual acuity to perform activities related to extended use of computers.
