Job Description
Are you an experienced healthcare leader looking to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy medical practice. In this role, you will lead clinic staff, optimize operational efficiency, oversee financial performance, and help drive continued growth while ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the medical practice, ensuring efficient clinic workflow
- Oversee staff scheduling, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Monitor budgeting, financial reporting, and profit and loss (P&L) statements
- Coordinate and oversee marketing initiatives to support practice growth
- Collaborate with the outsourced billing team and provide oversight of billing processes and revenue cycle performance
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous experience managing a medical practice is required
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of medical office operations and healthcare administration
- Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and P&L management
- Working knowledge of medical billing and revenue cycle processes preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead teams, improve processes, and maintain a positive patient-focused environment
