What You'll Do:
- Run the day-to-day flow of the front office
- Verify insurance and complete benefit breakdowns
- Schedule appointments and manage patient check-in/check-out
- Collect co-payments and present treatment plans
- Support and guide the team with a hands-on approach
What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years of dental front office experience (management experience preferred)
- Working knowledge of dental insurance
- Experience presenting treatment plans
- Strong communication skills and a people-first attitude
