Practice ManagerManage daily operations of the IP litigation practice, ensuring efficiency and compliance with internal policies. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement process improvements and best practices. Manage billable and pro bono staffing for IP Litigation attorneys across offices. Partner with Training and Development team for onboarding and orientation of associates and lateral hires. Plan and executive Department and Practice group strategy, prepare monthly productivity reporting. Directly manage performance of Paralegals and legal support staff. Contribue to pitches, RFPs, CLE programming, etc. Oversee resource allocation and ensure the team is adequately staffed to meet client needs. Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management. Coordinate with internal departments to support client service delivery and operational goals. Identify training and development opportunities to enhance team performance. Assist in budget planning and management for the legal department.
