Our office is looking for an experienced Practice Manager!

Dental Experience and management experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Verify Insurance and complete detailed benefit breakdowns
• Schedule appointments
• Check patients in and out
• Collect co-payments
• Present treatment plans
• Hold team members accountable for their responsibilities
• Work closely with the Regional Director

Skills:

• Dental Front Office experience required
• Knowledge of dental insurance
• Experience presenting treatment plans
• Excellent communication skills
• Interpersonal and relationship-building skills
