Practice Manager - Aesthetic & Reconstructive Medicine

A premier aesthetic and reconstructive care practice in the Bay Area is looking for a Practice Manager to take full ownership of clinic operations, sales performance, and HR administration. This is a high-visibility, on-site role reporting directly to the Director of Operations — ideal for a healthcare operations leader who thrives in a revenue-driven, patient-facing environment.

• Oversee all day-to-day clinic operations, keeping workflows efficient and the patient experience sharp
• Lead and hold accountable a sales team, driving performance through metrics, coaching, and clear expectations
• Manage HR administration and ensure ongoing compliance across a growing clinical team
• Collaborate with marketing to align front-office execution with patient acquisition and retention goals
• Serve as the operational bridge between clinical staff, leadership, and administrative functions

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of operations management experience in a cash-pay medical setting — aesthetic, plastic surgery, med spa, or dermatology
• Demonstrated success managing a sales team with measurable, performance-driven outcomes
• Solid HR administration and compliance background
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing teams

Preferred:

• Background in high-ticket elective or cosmetic medical sales operations
• Familiarity with EMR and CRM platforms in tech-forward practice environments
