Your Impact as Practice Coordinator
As a key leader in our hospital, you will:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of dedicated professionals
- Collaborate with our Learning & Development team to ensure exceptional training and client service
- Partner closely with the Medical Director to support high-quality medical care and manage veterinarian scheduling
- Oversee facility operations, including purchasing and property management
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
- Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor KPIs, and drive financial performance

Must have at least 3 years of veterinary management experience.
Experience as an LVT or CVPM is a plus but not required. Additional credentials such as SHRM-CP, BS, MBA, or other advanced degrees are also valued.
