Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct the search for a Practice Coordinator on behalf of our client, a busy and well-established integrative healthcare practice specializing in acupuncture. This is a temporary, fully onsite opportunity in San Francisco, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and create a warm, calm, and welcoming clinic experience
• Manage patient appointments, scheduling, phone calls, emails, and text communications
• Process patient payments and assist with day-to-day front-office administration
• Maintain an organized, peaceful, and professional lobby, front office, and treatment environment
• Provide direct administrative and operational support to practice leadership
• Assist with social media content, marketing initiatives, and patient-facing communications
• Coordinate administrative projects and help maintain organization throughout the practice
• Anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities, and independently help keep daily clinic operations running smoothly

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience in administrative support, front-office coordination, practice management, or a similar client-facing role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work independently and require minimal training or ongoing direction
• Warm, professional, mature, and welcoming communication style
• Strong written communication skills and comfort assisting with social media, marketing, and written content
• Ability to work effectively in a busy, patient-focused environment and confidently manage changing priorities
• Proficiency with Mac computers and iPhones is required
• Experience within healthcare, wellness, medical, or another high-touch client-facing environment is a plus

COMPENSATION

This position offers an hourly rate of $30-$35 per hour, depending on experience (DOE). Approximately 25-30 hours per week with work days on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.
