Practice Advisor
Remote, candidates based in New York or Boston
Our client is hiring on behalf of a growing mental health technology company for a Practice Advisor to sell its core practice management and marketing suite to solo mental health providers and small group practices. This is a high-velocity, full-cycle AE role: you're closing fast, often within a week, and keeping the experience personal while doing it.
What you'll do
- Manage a pipeline that's roughly 75% outbound, 25% inbound
- Convert warm outbound responses and high-intent website leads into demos
- Run consultative discovery and close within a 1-5 day sales cycle
- Keep every active deal touched at least every two business days
- Hit a $24,000 monthly quota
- Share market feedback with the team as the company scales
What you need
- Full-cycle sales experience in a high-velocity, metrics-driven environment
- Strong discovery, objection handling, and same-call or short-cycle closing skills
- High accountability and comfort operating in a startup environment where process is still evolving
- Stable work history, or a clear explanation for short tenures
Nice to have
- Experience selling SaaS to small business owners or independent professionals
- Mental health, healthcare tech, or practice management background
- HubSpot experience
Comp and logistics
- Base salary: $60,000-$70,000
- OTE: approximately $95,000
- Fully remote, must be based in New York or Boston
