Practical Nursing Instructor - Full Time

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/p>

• Deliver classroom, lab, and clinical instruction in accordance with approved curriculum and learning outcomes
  <\/p><\/li>

• Develop, implement, and maintain lesson plans, course objectives, and evaluation tools
  <\/p><\/li>

• Provide timely grading, constructive feedback, and individualized academic support
  <\/p><\/li>

• Track and report student attendance, academic progress, and retention
  <\/p><\/li>

• Advise and mentor students to promote professional growth and academic success
  <\/p><\/li>

• Participate in curriculum planning, program evaluation, and equipment/resource management
  <\/p><\/li>

• Maintain professional licensure and engage in continuing education activities
  <\/p><\/li>

• Attend required meetings and serve on committees as assigned
  <\/p><\/li>

• (For online courses)<\/i> Actively monitor course discussions, respond promptly to student inquiries, and grade assignments within 48 hours

  Qualifications<\/b>
  <\/p>

  • Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license (state -specific requirements apply)
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Minimum of 3 -5 years of clinical nursing experience; teaching experience preferred
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
    <\/p><\/li>
